Charlotte is back with another of her wonderful recipes. In case you missed our humble-brag introduction post: our 13 year-old daughter is now a regular contributor to our blog! We are all having so much fun with this. She loves sharing her baking and she’s enjoying practising food photography.
This recipe is terrific for lunches – or snacks, of course! They have lots of apples – shredded, with the skin on – so they’re quick and easy – no peeling. There’s a mix of whole wheat and white flours – so there’s some extra fibre and nutrients – but still feel like a treat.
