Chocolate Saltine Toffee

We call this Christmas Crack, but it’s probably more socially acceptable to call it Chocolate Saltine Toffee. I don’t care what you call it – this stuff is crazy addictive and easy enough to whip up in time for handing out on Christmas Eve.  I’ve made this so many times I can’t even count – think teacher gifts, bake sales, an easy treat for the kids hockey team, or the potluck the kids forgot to tell you about…
