If you follow my blog regularly, you’ll know that I go to the gym during my lunch hour at least twice a week. The cold temperatures of this winter gives me no choice but to take my workouts indoors.

But here is the truth; I hate going to the gym! Why? I feel intimidated and I really don’t know my way around the equipment. And honestly, I’m sure many woman feel the same way and avoid the gym altogether.
