I’m Moving My Family to a Smaller Space. Am I Crazy?

I just bought a 1250 square foot condo with a 240 square foot terrace, concrete ceilings, gallery white walls and floor-to-ceiling windows. While many want more space, I’m ready  to live small. There’s only three of us and our cat, so there’s nothing stopping me from making the move. Here’s why it makes sense to me.
