- 1 cup cooked oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- ½ cup milk
- 4 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- ½ cup something extra (chocolate, raisins, nuts, berries)
Prep and Cook
- 1Preheat an oven to 400°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- 2Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes.
