Working Out at Home with Kids, Have You Attempted?
I think the title of this post sums it up pretty good and that any mom will agree working out at home with kids is no easy task. That is unless you’re doing said work out at some unthinkable hour in the morning or after they are in bed. Well in addition to our get healthy attempt and being on day 15 or maybe 16 of Whole 30 I thought I would add in a quick 30 minute work out in the morning. While I most certainly got my whole work out in, it didn’t quite go as planned.
