First comes two full layers of ice cream flavours of your choice—if you can dream up the perfect combination, they will make it happen. Speciality ice creams for those with gluten, lactose or dairy allergies are even available. Next comes a crumbled cookie crust and a layer or two of creamy fudge, topped off with a sauce of your choosing (but we recommend simple chocolate for a classic, lip-smacking blend). It all comes together for cloud-nine flavour—so much more than just a scoop of vanilla on the side of a slab of cake.

The best part is that leftovers can be tucked away in the freezer for later nibbling, or even your next BBQ…if you can hold out that long (we couldn’t!).
