Never mind bringing an apple to school, chocolate is what ‘Teach’ really wants, and Calgary is spoiled for choices when it comes to chocolatiers. Choklat in Inglewood is one of only three artisan chocolate makers in Canada, selecting and roasting their own beans. They have total control over the entire procedure, with everything fresh and handmade (and to die for). Olivier’s Candies is another local fave. Having been in business since 1909, we’re pretty sure they have it mastered by now (that’s a lot of practice), and we love that they offer a wide range of options for any budget.
