Hop to It

Consider the term “soap scum”. It’s somewhat troubling, isn’t it? Especially when it comes to babies.
Why is it that in the course of getting our babies clean the bath toys end up dirty? More than dirty, slimy even. (And where did all those rubber duckies come from anyway? An impressive proliferation of the species, to be sure.)

Actually, there is a scientific explanation to all this (no, not the rubber duckie part, the soap scum part) which has something to do with the hydrocarbon end on the soap molecule attracting fat molecules. But let’s not expand too much on that right now.

We were working on a solution to this typical toddler bathtub mess when along hopped the Boon Frog Pod.
