It’€™s showtime! But instead of popcorn and 3D glasses, we’€™re enjoying a different kind of outdoor spectacle at the moment’€”the fall leaves. In red and gold and green and brown, they are bedazzling. The best way to enjoy this show is to take your family on a hike.
We’€™ve got a lot of great ideas for family hikes in our region. They’€™re all good places to see autumn right up close.

If you’€™re up for the hills, go to the Gatineau Hills! Pink Lake is a great destination, but be warned: the Parkway can get really busy during peak periods. Check the NCC website for maps of trails that are a good fit for your family before you head out.
