It almost feels like a rite of passage when our children finally ask us to have a party that includes a sleepover, although, for parents, this decision may feel less exciting than we remember it given the amount of work that can be involved. However, that’s about to change.

There’s a new service in Ottawa that can help parents create their own special memories for their kids by hosting a sleepover birthday party, without any of the stress that could come with it. Your child can host the most amazing sleepover for their next birthday or special event and My Ultimate Sleepover party packages can help.

What is My Ultimate Sleepover?

My Ultimate Sleepover offers a slumber party with sleeping tents that are unique and special for kids. The packages include a minimum of 5 stylish and sweet sleeping tents, an air bed with sheets per guest (guests are asked to BYOP – bring your own pillow!) decorations like fairy lights and signs, lanterns, activities, a decorate-your-own-pillowcase activity and as a final touch for the next morning, a mini breakfast kit that includes a box of cereal, spoons, and an orange juice box (we have to admit, we love this idea so much!)

Also included is a bin of party games to keep everyone busy (and maybe even tire everyone out so they actually sleep!) While there is no real age limit for these special overnight parties, that’s for you and your guests to decide, they are typically recommended for kids aged 7 and older.

If your kids aren’t ready to have a full overnight experience but want to have an almost over-night party, these tents can act as the focal point for even non-slumber parties. Invite guests over for a pj party, enjoy the activities and tents, then just arrange for a pickup time later in the evening.

Two party packages to choose from

One option is a DIY, where you pick up and set up the sleeping tents yourself, but still receive all of the party package items for the weekend. The other option is where the crew of My Ultimate Sleepover will set up your party tents and supplies, and then come dismantle and pick them up when the party is over. We love the different options available for busy parents. Package pricing starts at $195 for five guests. There is a fee for each additional guest (which will include all of the package offerings.)

In addition to the standard party set, parents can opt to add-on a pamper kit per guest (at $10 each) which includes everything your mini guests may need to treat themselves in a near spa-like setting. This add-on includes items like nail polish, a sleep mask and more. Forget unusable goodie bags, these items will be long-lasting, useful and fun.
