Chicken Club Sandwich

You’ll Need
- 2 whole grains dinner rolls
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 pieces green leaf lettuce, washed and dried
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 4 slices deli ham
- 4 slices oven-roasted deli turkey meat
- 2 slices aged cheddar cheese
- Toothpicks
Prep and Cook
- Slice each bun in half. Spread 1 Tbsp of mayonnaise over one half of each bun.
- Build the sandwich by placing the following on top of the mayonnaise: 2 slices of turkey, 2 pieces of lettuce, 2 slices of ham, 1 slice of cheese, the top of the bun.
- Slide a cherry tomato onto a toothpick and insert into the sandwich to hold it together.
