Chicken Club Sandwich

You’ll Need

  • 2 whole grains dinner rolls
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 pieces green leaf lettuce, washed and dried
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 slices deli ham
  • 4 slices oven-roasted deli turkey meat
  • 2 slices aged cheddar cheese
  • Toothpicks

Prep and Cook

  • Slice each bun in half. Spread 1 Tbsp of mayonnaise over one half of each bun.
  • Build the sandwich by placing the following on top of the mayonnaise: 2 slices of turkey, 2 pieces of lettuce, 2 slices of ham, 1 slice of cheese, the top of the bun.
  • Slide a cherry tomato onto a toothpick and insert into the sandwich to hold it together.
