DIY Cookie Bar

You’ll Need
- 2 cups vanilla icing
- Red, yellow, green and blue gel paste food colouring
- Assorted red, yellow, green and blue candies (like M&Ms)
- 24 graham crackers (approx. 1½ sleeves)
Prep and Cook
- Divide the icing into 4 equal portions and tint each a different colour using the gel paste food colouring.
- Place the candies in separate bowls, organized by colour.
- Spread the icing over the graham crackers and top with the same colour candy to create LEGO bricks.
