Grilled Corn with Herbed Butter

Oh, corn on the cob. Summer just wouldn’t be the same without you. This delicious grilled corn with herbed butter will have you dreaming of summer nights

Serves 6 to 8
Grilled Corn Recipe with Herbed Butter:
You’ll Need
- 1 stick butter, at room temperature
- Generous pinches of sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped basil, tarragon, or mint
- Zest of 1 lemon or lime
- 8 fresh ears of corn on the cob, husked
Prep and Cook
- In a medium bowl, stir together butter, salt, pepper, herbs, and lemon zest until well combined
- Place mixture onto a piece of waxed paper or plastic wrap and roll into a log
Place in fridge or freezer until ready to serve - Heat a grill or bbq to medium high heat
Place corn on grill and cook, turning every 3 to 4 minutes until charred and tender, about 15 to 20 minutes - Remove to a clean tray and sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Serve corn warm with reserved herb butter
