Lite Chicken Burgers

This recipe for Lite Chicken Burgers is from Stephanie Valentine’s Love What’s on Your Plate: Wholesome Recipes to Cherish & Share.
This lighter protein alternative tates as juicy and delicious as a beef burger. Although you can fry the patties in a cast iron pan and finish in the oven, they turn out best on the grill. Feel free to switch up the recipe with ground turkey or beef.
