- 2 398mL cans Hunt’s Heirloom Whole Tomatoes
- ½ small red onion, chopped
- ½ cup fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper (deseeded, membranes removed and chopped)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Prep and Cook
- 1Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until the salad reached the desired consistency.
