Kids Kingdom Opens New Orleans Location

We know how much kids love to run, crawl, jump, climb and move, and there’s a new place in Orleans that is ensuring everyone is the King or Queen of their castle through play. Kids Kingdom, located on Trim Road not far from the highway, is an entertainment destination where kids rule. (There is also a second location in Kanata.)

Kids Kingdom is packed with a variety of play centres that includes inflatable slides, an arcade and more. There is an admission fee for parents and children, but weekdays have special offers and deals; a different one each day of the week like half price tickets or free admission for parents. Kids Kingdom isn’t just for the kids. A laser tag game called LaserForce can be enjoyed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday and is available for private bookings, corporate events and birthday parties.

Parents will enjoy the free wifi at Kids Kingdom and ample places to sit while the kids are having all of their fun. The cafeteria is peanut-free (no outside food is permitted) and has a variety on their menu including pizza, quesadillas and nachos. Parents, you’ll want to note that coffee, cappuccinos and tea are available for purchase as well.

Kids Kingdom has a large selection of birthday party packages available, but you don’t need a formal invitation to bring the kids to play. There are drop-in play times during the week. Kids will love the giant Cliff, Climb and Slide. With two slides, kids can climb up the side of the ‘cliff’ before sliding down in a thrilling moment of speed and exhilaration.  The slide does have a height restriction and is monitored by staff to ensure kids are taking their turns and waiting for others to head down the slide ahead of them.

Your young royals can head over to the castle play structure that includes gauntlets, wacky bridges and places to duck and crawl in an obstacle course fashion.  There are ropes to climb, steps to surmount, and tunnels to navigate.

Younger kingdom dwellers will enjoy their own play area that includes smaller, easier-to-manage slides, climbers and more as part of the infant play centre. It’s the perfect place to let them have some freedom while they explore.

The arcade features games like Angry Birds, Skeet shoot and Plants Vs Zombies and tokens are available at the token machine. Trade in your game winning tickets for prizes when all of the playing is done.

With so many games, activities and opportunities for adventure, we think kids will love the new Kids Kingdom!
