Toasted Marshmallow Milkshake

This is a yummy smores alternative if you’re doing a little backyard camping. It’s the perfect sweet treat recipe to take advantage of access to a campfire or BBQ and a blender. Unless you take your blender along when camping. That level of commitment to blended drinks deserves a toasted marshmallow milkshake!

Toasted Marshmallow Milkshake Recipe:
You’ll Need
- 1 bag (400 g) mini marshmallows
- 3 cups cold milk
- 8–10 scoops vanilla ice cream
Prep and Cook
- Preheat the oven to broil and spread the marshmallows over a parchment-lined baking sheet
Bake for 4–6 minutes or until puffed and golden brown - Place the milk, ice cream, and ¾ of the marshmallows in a blender and process until smooth and thick
Pour into glasses and garnish with remaining toasted marshmallow bits
