So Many Tomatoes, So Little Time

Mmmmmmm. Note big juicy, plump and perfectly ripened local fresh tomatoes. Must buy, cook and freeze for winter months.
Looks like a lot of tomatoes though. Not so organized this week. Maybe just a few for salad, hate to waste…

According to the Allergy Asthma Information Association, 2 – 4 % of Canadian children are affected by food allergies, with the same number being at risk for anaphylaxis due to allergies, and it’s an increasing public health issue.
