Slow Cooker Bacon Cheddar Breakfast Potatoes Recipe - SavvyMom

Use the slow cooker for breakfast? Yes! This recipe for bacon cheddar breakfast potatoes is a great way to feed a crowd (or a couple of teenagers) after a sleepover without breaking the bank or requiring hours of time spent stoveside. Set your slow cooker on a timer before you go to bed, and you’ll have a mostly fuss-free meal (just add some fried eggs and toast) ready to go in the morning. For families who enjoy ‘breakfast for dinner,’ you can also prep this dish before work, leaving it to cook all day while you’re away. It’s even easier if you have a few strips of oven bacon left over from a previous meal.

Round out the meal with some eggs and a fruit smoothie—we’re sure no one will complain!
