Baked Potato Bar

You’ll Need

  • 6–8 medium baking potatoes/sweet potatoes
  • Assorted toppings: grated cheddar, caramelized onion, steamed broccoli, cooked bacon, sour cream, butter, sauteed spinach, leftover chopped chicken, sliced sausages etc.

Prep and Cook

  • Wrap each potato in aluminum foil and set inside a slow cooker. Cover, turn the heat to low and cook for 6–8 hours (or 4 hours on high).
  • Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the Crock-Pot, unwrap them and split in half. Dress with any of the suggested toppings.
