- 2 bagels, split in half
- ½ cup dill cream cheese
- 1 small English cucumber, cut into half-inch thick slices
- Leaf or romaine lettuce
Prep and Cook
- 1Divide the cream cheese evenly between the four bagel halves, and spread to the edges of each piece.
- 2Top two halves with cucumber rounds and lettuce. Place the other halves on the lettuce and slice each sandwich in half.
