Four-Nut Granola

You’ll Need
- 5 cups oats
- ½ cup of each of the following: almonds, pecans, walnuts, and pistachios
- ¼ cup canola oil
- ½ to ¾ cup honey
- 2 tsp vanilla
Prep and Cook
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread out on an oiled half-sheet baking pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, turn off the oven, open the door and leave it ajar. Allow the granola to cool and crisp in the oven while it cools.
- Remove and store in an airtight container for 1 week or the fridge indefinitely.
