Four-Nut Granola

You’ll Need

  • 5 cups oats
  • ½ cup of each of the following: almonds, pecans, walnuts, and pistachios
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • ½ to ¾ cup honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Prep and Cook

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Spread out on an oiled half-sheet baking pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, turn off the oven, open the door and leave it ajar. Allow the granola to cool and crisp in the oven while it cools.
  • Remove and store in an airtight container for 1 week or the fridge indefinitely.
