Four-Nut Granola

You’ll Need

  • 5 cups oats
  • ½ cup of each of the following: almonds, pecans, walnuts, and pistachios
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • ½ to ¾ cup honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Prep and Cook

    Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • 2
    Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

    Spread out on an oiled half-sheet baking pan.

    Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

    After 30 minutes, turn off the oven, open the door and leave it ajar. Allow the granola to cool and crisp in the oven while it cools.

    Remove and store in an airtight container for 1 week or the fridge indefinitely.
