- 1 small dinner roll
- 2 slices deli turkey
- 1 leaf romaine lettuce
- 3 slices cheddar cheese
- 3–4 green apple slices
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
Prep and Cook
- 1Slice the roll in half and spread some of the mayonnaise on either side of the bun.
- 2Top the bottom piece with the lettuce, one slice of turkey, the cheese, apple slices and the last piece of turkey.
- 3Top with the remaining bun and skewer with a toothpick to hold it all together.
