Even The Pickiest Eater Will Love This Smoothie
I remember when my daughter announced she was no longer going to eat meat, chicken or fish. I strategized over ways to get all the right nutrients into her growing body and decided smoothies would be the easiest. We experimented with a lot of different fruits, some veggies, fish oil, hemp seeds, chia seeds…you name it, I added it to our smoothies. Did she drink them? Sometimes yes, sometimes no.
