West-enders can rejoice that the eagerly anticipated opening of Queen Margherita Pizza in Baby Point is almost official.

With their Leslieville location continuing to reel in the regulars and another location (Dundas West) coming later this year, the new Jane and Annette St. ‘€˜Napoletana’€™-style pizzeria continues the tradition’€”offering twelve different wood-fired, authentic-ingredient pizzas for every preference, including kids who turn up their noses at anything but an all-cheese assortment of toppings.

Seating is readily available (including high chairs) but expect close-quarters next to your neighbours, which should be fine for boisterous babes as the atmosphere is comfortably noisy and welcoming.

If you travel caravan-style these days, plan to park the stroller outside, and for parents with an appetite, try the prix fixe menu (starter, pizza, dessert) that makes for a good investment in the higher-priced-but-oh-so-worth-it gourmet pizza world.
