Bow-Tie Pasta Salad with Tuna and Veggies

You’ll Need

  • 1 300 g box bow-tie pasta
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp grainy Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Prep and Cook

  • Cook the pasta as per the package directions. Drain and run under cold water to cool. Drain again and set aside.
  • In a medium-mixing bowl, combine the tuna, carrots, green onions, mayonnaise, yogurt and grainy mustard.
  • Add the pasta and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  • Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
