Bow-Tie Pasta Salad with Tuna and Veggies

You’ll Need
- 1 300 g box bow-tie pasta
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 4 green onions, sliced
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp grainy Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
Prep and Cook
- Cook the pasta as per the package directions. Drain and run under cold water to cool. Drain again and set aside.
- In a medium-mixing bowl, combine the tuna, carrots, green onions, mayonnaise, yogurt and grainy mustard.
- Add the pasta and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
