Corn Coins

You’ll Need

  • 4 ears corn-on-the-cob
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Aluminum foil

Prep and Cook

  • Husk the corn, or give this job to your kids—mine love it.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice the corn into 1” thick coins. Place the pieces in the centre of a sheet of aluminum foil and divide the butter into small pieces and scatter it over the corn. Season with salt and pepper; fold up the sides of the foil and seal shut. Place on the BBQ and grill for 10–15 minutes.
