Ricotta Fruit Fondue

You’ll Need

  • 1 cup fresh ricotta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp orange juice
  • 2–3 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp grated orange zest, divided

Prep and Cook

  • Combine all of the ingredients except 1 teaspoon of the orange zest in a blender or food processor, and puree until thick and smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and garnish with remaining zest.
  • Serve chilled with assorted fresh fruits.
