- 1 cup fresh ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- 2–3 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp grated orange zest, divided
Prep and Cook
- 1Combine all of the ingredients except 1 teaspoon of the orange zest in a blender or food processor, and puree until thick and smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and garnish with remaining zest.
- 2Serve chilled with assorted fresh fruits.
