Chili Cheese Popcorn

Makes approx. 10 cups

You’ll Need

  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan or pecorino cheese
  • 1 Tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup popcorn kernels

Prep and Cook

    Combine the Parmesan, chilli powder, and kosher salt in a small bowl and stir well.

    Place the coconut oil and popcorn in a large pot (or Whirly Pop) with a tight-fitting lid set over medium heat. When the corn begins to pop, shake the pot constantly.

    When the popping slows, remove the pot from the heat. Pour popcorn into a bowl and sprinkle with the chilli cheese mixture. Toss gently to coat, and serve.
