Corn Coins

You’ll Need
- 4 ears corn-on-the-cob
- 2 Tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper
- Aluminum foil
Prep and Cook
- Husk the corn, or give this job to your kids—mine love it.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the corn into 1” thick coins. Place the pieces in the centre of a sheet of aluminum foil and divide the butter into small pieces and scatter it over the corn. Season with salt and pepper; fold up the sides of the foil and seal shut. Place on the BBQ and grill for 10–15 minutes.
