Rotisserie Chicken Pitas with Avocado Tzatziki

Prep and Cook
- To make the avocado tzatziki, combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Chill until ready to serve.
- To make the pitas, preheat the oven to 350°F. Brush each pita with some of the olive oil, stack together, and wrap tightly in aluminum foil; bake for 10 minutes or until the pitas are warm and soft.
- Spread some of the tzatziki over the bottom half of each pita and top with 1 cup of shredded chicken. Garnish with red onion and cherry tomatoes and serve immediately.
