You’ll Need
- 12 thin slices Genoa salami
- 12 leaves basil
- 12 pieces Saputo cocktail bocconcini, drained
- 6 grape tomatoes, halved
Prep and Cook
- 1On a work surface, fold a slice of salami in half.
- 2Place a basil leaf, a bocconcini ball and a tomato half in the middle.
- 3Roll into a cone and secure with toothpicks.
- 4Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- 5Arrange the cones on a platter, garnish and serve.
