Salami Cones

You’ll Need

  • 12 thin slices Genoa salami
  • 12 leaves basil
  • 12 pieces Saputo cocktail bocconcini, drained
  • 6 grape tomatoes, halved

Prep and Cook

  • On a work surface, fold a slice of salami in half.
  • Place a basil leaf, a bocconcini ball and a tomato half in the middle.
  • Roll into a cone and secure with toothpicks.
  • Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  • Arrange the cones on a platter, garnish and serve.
