Avocado Banana Smoothie

You’ll Need

  • 1 ripe banana (or mango), peeled and sliced
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups Neilson® Dairy Oh!® milk, very cold
  • To taste vanilla extract

Prep and Cook

  • 1
    Place the banana (or mango) and avocado in a blender.
  • 2
    Add the milk and vanilla and blend until thick and smooth.
  • 3
    Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy!
