- 6 ears, corn on the cob
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Lime wedges, for serving
Prep and Cook
- 1Cook the corn on the grill, in the oven or in a pot of water. Remove from heat and place on a platter.
- 2Combine the melted butter and chili powder and transfer to a small bowl or serving vessel.
- 3To serve, brush the corn with the melted butter and garnish with the juice of a lime wedge, if desired.
