Corn on the Cob with Chili Butter


Serves 6

You’ll Need

  • 6 ears, corn on the cob
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Prep and Cook

  • Cook the corn on the grill, in the oven or in a pot of water. Remove from heat and place on a platter.
  • Combine the melted butter and chili powder and transfer to a small bowl or serving vessel.
  • To serve, brush the corn with the melted butter and garnish with the juice of a lime wedge, if desired.
