‘Happy Trails’ Snack Mix

Serves 6

You’ll Need

  • 2 cups nuts (peanuts, almonds, walnuts, cashews, pecans)
  • 2 cups seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flax)
  • 2 cups dried fruits (raisins, apricots, cranberries, cherries)
  • Brown paper bags
  • 'Happy Trails' snack mix signs
  • Baker’s twine

Prep and Cook

  • 1
    Combine the ingredients in a bowl and toss to mix.
  • 2
    Place 1 cup of the snack mix into a paper bag and fold down the top, securing in place with tape.
  • 3
    Affix a ‘Happy Trails’ snack mix label to the bag with baker’s twine.
