Baked Potato Bar

This might be a bar, but it's definitely not a saloon.

Serves 6

You’ll Need

  • 6 large Russet potatoes
  • Assorted toppings: butter, sour cream, grated cheese, crumbled bacon, green onion, salsa, etc.

Prep and Cook

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Wash and dry the potatoes, prick them with a fork and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a knife can easily be inserted into the centre of the potato, without resistance.
  • Serve the potatoes warm with suggested toppings.
