Maple Cinnamon Almonds

Makes 2 cups

You’ll Need

  • 5 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups almonds
  • Sea salt

Prep and Cook

  • In a medium skillet set over medium heat, stir together the maple syrup, cinnamon and almonds. Continue stirring gently until the syrup begins to bubble and reduce and the almonds are caramelized.
  • When there is no remaining liquid in the pan and the almonds are evenly coated in the syrup, spoon the nuts onto a piece of parchment paper and allow to cool.
  • Break nuts into pieces, if needed, and serve.
