Makes 2 cups
- 5 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 cups almonds
- Sea salt
Prep and Cook
- 1In a medium skillet set over medium heat, stir together the maple syrup, cinnamon and almonds. Continue stirring gently until the syrup begins to bubble and reduce and the almonds are caramelized.
- 2When there is no remaining liquid in the pan and the almonds are evenly coated in the syrup, spoon the nuts onto a piece of parchment paper and allow to cool.
- 3Break nuts into pieces, if needed, and serve.
