Mini Ham and Cheese Croissant Sandwiches


Serves 12

You’ll Need

  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 12 mini croissants
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half
  • 6 pieces of lettuce, ends trimmed and cut in half

Prep and Cook

  • Combine the Dijon and mayonnaise in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Slice the mini croissants in half and spread some of the Dijon mixture over each piece.
  • Top one of the bottom croissants halves with a piece of lettuce, ham and cheese. Cover with the other croissant half, and repeat with the remaining ingredients.
