Roast Beef and Cheddar Pinwheels

Your little eaters will love these pretty pinwheel sandwiches. With cream cheese, roast beef and grated cheddar, you can quickly turn these into an adult-friendly bite by adding a generous dose of horseradish before you begin rolling.

Serves 4

You’ll Need

  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, centre ribs removed
  • 8 oz. sliced roast beef
  • 4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated

Prep and Cook

  • Spread the cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  • Layer the tortillas with the lettuce, roast beef, and cheddar. Roll up and cut into 1-inch thick pinwheels. Slide onto skewers or toothpicks to hold the ends together and serve with fresh veggies.
