Roast Beef and Cheddar Pinwheels
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 head romaine lettuce, centre ribs removed
- 8 oz. sliced roast beef
- 4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
Prep and Cook
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer the tortillas with the lettuce, roast beef, and cheddar. Roll up and cut into 1-inch thick pinwheels. Slide onto skewers or toothpicks to hold the ends together and serve with fresh veggies.
