Palm Tree Cookie Beach

Life’s a beach with this inspired cookie dessert.
You’ll Need
- 8 cigar-shaped cookie wafers
- 16 spearmint leaf candies
- 8 toothpicks
- Brown sugar
Prep and Cook
- Slice the spearmint leaves in half from end to tip and set aside.
- Arrange four halves in a palm tree leaf pattern and skewer with a toothpick. Insert the bottom of the toothpick into the cigar cookie, pressing down to secure in place.
- Repeat with the remaining candies and cookies.
- Fill a bowl or platter with the brown sugar and set the palm tree cookies in the sugar.
