- 1 bag (400 g) mini marshmallows
- 3 cups cold milk
- 8–10 scoops vanilla ice cream
Prep and Cook
- 1Preheat the oven to broil and spread the marshmallows over a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 4–6 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
- 2Place the milk, ice cream and ¾ of the marshmallows in a blender and process until smooth and thick. Pour into glasses and garnish with remaining toasted marshmallow bits.
