Toasted Marshmallow Milkshake


Serves 4

You’ll Need

  • 1 bag (400 g) mini marshmallows
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 8–10 scoops vanilla ice cream

Prep and Cook

    Preheat the oven to broil and spread the marshmallows over a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 4–6 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.

    Place the milk, ice cream and ¾ of the marshmallows in a blender and process until smooth and thick. Pour into glasses and garnish with remaining toasted marshmallow bits.
